    • Track quantities, usage, and storage of items to ensure materials are available for upcoming classes.
    • Pack and organize class boxes according to lesson plans and specific class needs.
    • Label, restock, and maintain materials storage areas.
    • Collaborate with team members to understand lesson requirements and adjust packing lists as needed.
    • In the future, train and supervise additional volunteers to assist with materials packing and inventory management.

    Qualifications

    • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
    • Basic computer skills; comfortable creating and maintaining spreadsheets or digital inventory systems.
    • Ability to lift and move boxes of classroom materials (typically light to medium weight).
    • Dependable, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Passionate about education, creativity, and supporting children’s learning experiences.

    Time Commitment

Flexible schedule; estimated 4-6 hours per week, with additional hours during class preparation periods.

    • Hands-on experience in inventory management, logistics, and nonprofit operations.
    • Leadership experience with the opportunity to train and coordinate future volunteers.
