    Description

Volunteers have been hard at work removing many weeds from the park, from common ivy to bindweed. Back in October, we planted a couple hundred native trees and shrubs that need to be protected from any weed re-growth. That’s where the mulch comes in! Mulch is an incredible resource for degraded environments. It helps with weed suppression, water retention, and to create healthier soil.

We could really use the help to spread this mulch, so please join in the fun!
