    • Coordinate with external advisors (Chartered Accountant, legal consultant, or pro-bono lawyer) for document reviews, registrations, and compliance checks.
    • Maintain a compliance tracker for US and Mexico, including tax forms (e.g., W-8BEN-E, 1099-K).
    • Review partnership MoUs and collaboration agreements prior to sign-off.
    • Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure event listings and contracts align with policy templates.

    • Strong interest in tech, events, or startup law.
    • Comfortable drafting and reviewing legal templates.
    • Familiarity with contracts, intellectual property basics, and data privacy regulations.
    • Ability to commit 6–10 hours per week for 3–6 months.

    Preferred Experience:

    • Participation in a law incubator, legal aid group, or startup legal clinic. Experience with pro-bono or volunteer projects for early-stage startups is highly valued.

    Why Join Us:

    • Gain hands-on experience in international startup legal operations.
    • Work closely with leadership and gain mentorship from experienced legal and compliance professionals.
