    • Oversee daily operations of the Gamers for Wellness program.
    • Organize and promote regular gaming events, wellness check-ins, and discussion nights.
    • Maintain a welcoming and safe space for participants across Discord and in-game.
    • Collaborate with the Events Director to plan seasonal and themed events.
    • Recruit, onboard, and support volunteers including game hosts, moderators, and peer mentors.
    • Serve as a liaison between volunteers and executive leadership to report progress and needs.
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration between program participants and mental health resources.
    • Monitor participant engagement and identify areas for improvement or innovation.
    • Partner with the Marketing team to develop outreach content tailored to gamers.
    • Gather feedback from participants and adjust programming accordingly.
    • Create monthly reports on program metrics and outcomes for leadership review.

    • Understanding of mental wellness principles and the needs of the gaming community.
    • Passion for creating inclusive, judgment-free spaces online.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Familiarity with Discord, gaming platforms (Steam, Xbox, PlayStation), and event hosting tools.
    • Preferred experience in program coordination or event planning (volunteer or professional).
    • Ability to lead volunteers and collaborate across departments.
    • Flexible, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
    • Bonus if you’ve led a gaming community, Twitch channel, esports team, or mental health advocacy project.
