Volunteer Program & Strategy Coordinator
We’re seeking a proactive Volunteer Program & Strategy Coordinator to support early-stage programs, partnerships, and growth initiatives. This role helps translate ideas into action through research, coordination, and light execution support.
What You’ll Do
- Research aligned organizations, partners, and funding opportunities
- Identify and track grant and collaboration opportunities
- Support pilot program setup and coordination
- Manage outreach, follow-ups, and email communications
- Build and manage simple forms (intake, interest, applications)
- Create clear, credible materials in Canva (one-pagers, decks, summaries)
- Use AI tools to support research, drafting, and organization
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
- Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to work efficiently
- Experience with Canva, Google Workspace, and form builders
- Self-directed and comfortable working in an early-stage environment
- Interest in social impact, community, and innovation work
Time Commitment
2–3 hours per week for 1 month (pilot period)
Remote and flexible. Opportunity to extend based on fit and availability.
