Provide general office support to office serving the needs of older adults.
Duties include: Reception, create/update electronic calendars/signs, laminate, copy, fax, sort mail, and create flyers. Assists staff with typing, filing, organizational and moderate administrative activities on an ongoing basis. Provides general office support for different members of the staff as needed including but not limited to data entry, telephone calls, information retrieval, clerical tasks etc. Give out information by phone and in person.
