Description
As an Office Volunteer, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Responsibilities may include:
- Greeting and assisting visitors, donors, and volunteers
- Creating a welcoming, friendly environment
- Assisting with administrative and clerical tasks
- Answering phones and directing calls appropriately
- Helping with data entry and basic correspondence
- Receiving and distributing mail or packages
