    Fostering

    Kitty Revolution is a volunteer-based, no-kill cat rescue in the Twin Cities, MN metro area that seeks to save the unwanted, the misunderstood, the less-than-perfect, and to help change the way the world sees cats through community education and outreach. We are an all foster based rescue with no shelter.

    We work with all types of cats! Adorable kittens, pregnant moms, newborns, seniors, adults, bonded pairs, etc. You can tell us your preferences on what cats you would like to foster.
