The International Society for Peace and Safety (ISOPS) is a non-governmental organization with Special Consultative Status at the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC). We are dedicated to promoting peace, safety, and human rights through education, advocacy, and community engagement. We are seeking a committed and creative WordPress Volunteer to join our team and support our mission by helping us strengthen and manage our website.

Role Description

As a WordPress Volunteer, you will:

• Help our team with the website rebranding/ Redesign
• Maintain and update the ISOPS WordPress website.
• Assist in uploading and organizing content (articles, reports, events, multimedia).
• Enhance design, structure, and user experience.
• Ensure mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and SEO optimization.
• Collaborate with the communications team to highlight our programs, partnerships, and impact stories.

Qualifications

• Experience with WordPress (themes, plugins, and basic customization).
• Familiarity with website content management and design.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Passion for peacebuilding, human rights, or sustainable development.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
