OPT F-1 Volunteer Coordinator - Volunteer Position

MatchingDonors.com is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented OPT F-1 Volunteer Coordinator to help oversee our Sponsored OPT F-1 Volunteer Program. We are looking to Sponsor one volunteer with OPT F1 status for this position. This role supports our international volunteers by ensuring required hours, documentation, and communication standards are met in accordance with U.S. immigration guidelines.

This is an important compliance role that helps protect both our volunteers and our organization. We are only looking for a person with OPT F1 status for this position. You’ll be working directly with the CEO/Founder of MatchingDonors.com.

What You’ll Do

• Weekly you will review OPT F-1 volunteer hours logged daily in TrackItForward.com
  • Checking that volunteers are logging hours correctly and on time
• Receive and review weekly status emails from volunteers
• Follow up with volunteers who miss reports or need reminders
• Monitor volunteer responsiveness to emails, texts, and calls
• Help assign or coordinate tasks so volunteers can meet required hours
• Keep simple, organized records of volunteer compliance
• Escalate any noncompliance issues to leadership when necessary
