    Seeking Mentors

Caribbean Minds Exposed Through Travel (CMETT) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering at-risk youth in the English-speaking Caribbean through life-skills training, mentorship, and transformative travel experiences. We believe in equipping young people with the tools, mindset, and exposure needed to break cycles and build brighter futures.

We believe mentorship facilitates transformation and is critical to the long-term development of young people. As a CMETT Mentor, you’ll play a key role in guiding students toward personal and professional growth. Share personal and professional insights that encourage resilience and accountability

Communicate with the CMETT team to track mentee progress and identify support needs

Model CMETT’s values of integrity, empathy, and empowerment in every interaction

    Qualifications

Passion for youth development, empowerment and education
