    Description

    The Mirror Effects is a national youth-led initiative dedicated to expanding access to legal education, civic engagement, and immigrant empowerment for high school students. Founded on the belief that knowledge of the law and government should be accessible to all, not just those already in positions of privilege, the organization equips young people with the tools to understand their rights, influence policy, and advocate for themselves and their communities.

    To ensure national coordination and sustainable chapter development, The Mirror Effects is organized into five regional director positions with two additional at-large directors overseeing the North and South. Each director is responsible for chapter support, project creation, financial oversight, and regional outreach within their assigned states.
