Description
Tiny Cat Animal Rescue is seeking a Fundraising & Donor Relations Coordinator to support fundraising campaigns and donor stewardship efforts. This role focuses on campaign execution, donor communications, and maintaining strong relationships with supporters. The Fundraising & Donor Relations Coordinator works closely with the Director of Development.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with planning and executing fundraising campaigns and donation drives
- Draft and manage donor acknowledgments and communications
- Maintain donor records and tracking systems
- Support recurring donor and recognition initiatives
- Help identify potential donor prospects and partnership opportunities
- Ensure donor communications are timely, accurate, and professional
Ideal Candidate
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable managing data and correspondence
- Proactive and reliable
- Interest in fundraising or nonprofit work
Commitment
- Approximately 2–4 hours per week, flexible and remote-friendly
