    Description

    Tiny Cat Animal Rescue is seeking a Fundraising & Donor Relations Coordinator to support fundraising campaigns and donor stewardship efforts. This role focuses on campaign execution, donor communications, and maintaining strong relationships with supporters. The Fundraising & Donor Relations Coordinator works closely with the Director of Development.

    What You’ll Do

    • Assist with planning and executing fundraising campaigns and donation drives
    • Draft and manage donor acknowledgments and communications
    • Maintain donor records and tracking systems
    • Support recurring donor and recognition initiatives
    • Help identify potential donor prospects and partnership opportunities
    • Ensure donor communications are timely, accurate, and professional

    Ideal Candidate

    • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
    • Organized and detail-oriented
    • Comfortable managing data and correspondence
    • Proactive and reliable
    • Interest in fundraising or nonprofit work

    Commitment

    • Approximately 2–4 hours per week, flexible and remote-friendly
