About Hugspace
Hugspace.org is a nonprofit organization that provides a digital warmline – a peer-led, multilingual space for free, stigma-free emotional support. Our trained volunteers offer active listening and real-time emotional presence for individuals navigating stress, loneliness, displacement, or trauma. We center empathy, accessibility, and cultural relevance – especially for immigrants, refugees, and trauma-exposed communities.
What You’ll Do:
- Survey Platform Administration
Survey Design & Setup (SurveySparrow or HubSpot Native)
Create and configure questionnaires, implement conditional logic, customize themes, and set up distribution methods for client feedback
Integration: Connect the chosen survey platform with HubSpot and Setmore to correlate responses with specific appointments and navigators
Privacy Controls: Implement and maintaine permissions to ensure that raw survey feedback is accessible only to management, in line with navigator protection policies
- CRM Administration & Integration
- HubSpot Configuration: Configure custom properties for Contacts, Deals, and Activities within HubSpot
- Data Mapping: Translate and map data fields from source systems (Setmore, Zoom) to HubSpot, understand data types, transformation rules, and primary keys (e.g., phone number as a master linking key)
- Workflow Development: Set up HubSpot workflows for automation, particularly for client journeys, geographic filtering, and survey processes
- Reporting: Configure reports and dashboards in HubSpot to track client metrics, navigator performance, and operational insights
- User/Permissions Management: Understand how to apply HubSpot's permission structures for data access control, especially for sensitive information like survey feedback
What You’ll Need:
- Ability to work with Surveys
- Experience with HubSpot
- Self-motivation and problem-solving skills
- Passion for nonprofit work and Hugspace’s mission
- Proficiency in English, knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian is a plus
