    After going through the application process ( code IDEALIST to waive application fee) , upon approval, you will begin a self paced, online training that outlines the policies and procedures and then enter our Onboarding Program.

    Volunteer Digital Retouch Artist

    A Digital Retouch Artist at Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep plays a crucial role in our mission of providing compassionate support to families experiencing the loss of a baby. As a Digital Retouch Artist, you will utilize your creative and technical skills to enhance and refine photographs to gift families with the healing images we provide. These photographs serve as precious memories for grieving families, and your meticulous retouching work helps create images that are both sensitive and respectful.

    Digital Retouch Artists must be proficient in Photoshop and utilize Photoshop software. Other editing programs are not accepted at this time.

    You will be provided with 4 images to retouch and a retouching matrix to follow in the application process.

    Once the NILMDTS application is filled out, sample images will be emailed for you to retouch. Alongside those images you'll receive a guideline for what to retouch and what the final images should look like, as well as where to send those final retouched images.
