Turtle Mountain Animal Rescue (TMAR) saves more than 1,000 animals per year from our small home base. We could not accomplish what we do without our dedicated team of Fosters, a close-knit, thriving network located throughout the Jamestown, Fargo, Grand Forks and Rolla areas.

New Fosters always have support; our established Fosters welcome and guide newcomers; they will answer any question you may have.

FOSTERING IS FREE! TMAR covers everything you need.

Leashes, Collars, Food, Toys, Kennels and All Supplies are provided.

In the rare case a vet visit is required, TMAR covers all costs!

FOSTERING IS CONVENIENT! It’s the ultimate work-from-home opportunity.

Pick up and drop off foster animals at points near you!

HOW MUCH LOVE CAN YOUR HEART AND HOME HOLD? HOW MANY CUDDLES?

Foster one, or two or a few youngsters from the same litter. You Decide!

We take care to make certain all our rescues are in the most loving hands, in a safe environment.

A short application is part of the process. If you have pets, your veterinarian must confirm they are up-to-date on vaccinations and will be spayed or neutered before they reach one year of age.
