    About TEG-Blue™

TEG-Blue — Emotional Technology for Healing and Repair is a visual and scientific framework that maps emotional patterns across individuals and society. It integrates psychology, neuroscience, education, and social systems to help people understand how emotions shape behavior, relationships, and power dynamics.

We are mapping how our emotions work — across individuals, relationships, and systems. We bring together psychology, neuroscience, education, and lived experience into a visual, trauma-informed emotional technology. Our goal is to make emotional literacy as accessible and essential as reading or math — in schools, therapy, leadership, and even AI.

Built from lived experience and years of independent study, TEG-Blue is a bridge between human emotion and scientific understanding. It translates the complexity of our inner world into clear, visual, and measurable patterns we can study and work with together.

If you’d like to understand the wider vision before joining, you can visit teg-blue.org to explore the full theory, the 11 frameworks, and how this work connects lived experience with scientific structure.

    Key Facts about TEG-Blue™

    • An open-access framework integrating insights from 30+ peer-reviewed models across trauma studies, neuroscience, psychology, and systems thinking.
    • Visual “Emotional Gradient” tools, field guides, and AI-ready datasets shared under a Creative Commons (CC BY-NC-SA) license.
    • Upcoming pilot programs exploring applications in education, therapy, organizational design, and digital mental health.

    What We’re Building

We’re forming a collaborative research circle to test and validate key TEG-Blue frameworks. This phase connects researchers and practitioners from psychology, neuroscience, sociology, education, and related fields to explore how emotional systems can be understood, mapped, and healed.

    This isn’t a traditional volunteer role — it’s an invitation to co-create.

Each participant will have the opportunity to:

    • Choose a research area within TEG-Blue that resonates with their expertise.
    • Co-design and co-author studies or papers exploring that concept.
    • Collaborate directly with Anna and other researchers in a transparent, trauma-informed, and emotionally safe environment.

The goal is to make TEG-Blue grow through shared insight and integrity — combining rigorous science with the human experience it was built from.

    Who We’re Looking For

We welcome people from many disciplines who are curious, emotionally intelligent, and comfortable bridging structure and intuition.

    You might be:

    • A researcher, academic, or PhD student in psychology, neuroscience, sociology, anthropology, education, or cognitive science.
    • A practitioner, therapist, or educator interested in trauma-informed approaches or emotional literacy.
    • Someone who wants to help connect emotional understanding and scientific evidence.

    What You’ll Be Part Of

    • A global circle of thinkers co-developing a new emotional technology for human and AI understanding.
    • Regular group calls to share progress, insights, and ideas.
    • The chance to co-own and co-publish parts of the research.
    • A collaborative space guided by emotional safety, clarity, and respect.

    Commitment & Format

    • Flexible schedule — around 3–5 hours a week.
    • Fully remote and international.
    • All co-authorships and contributions will be clearly credited.

Before applying, please take a moment to read the questions with openness and reflection.

At TEG-Blue, we value emotional maturity, honesty, and curiosity as much as academic skill.

This work bridges lived experience and science — so what matters most is that your answers reflect how you genuinely think and feel about collaboration, research, and emotional understanding.
