    Description

    About Grievia

Grievia is a global movement dedicated to transforming how grief is understood, supported, and held. Through reflection, education, and creative expression, we create space for honest conversations around loss, care, and connection — helping people feel less alone in their grief.

    About the Role

We are looking for a volunteer Learning Content Creator (Psychology / Grief Education) to help develop thoughtful, accessible learning materials on topics related to grief, loss, and emotional wellbeing. This role is ideal for someone with a background in psychology, counseling, mental health, or a student currently studying in these fields, who wants to contribute meaningfully to a purpose-driven movement.

    What You’ll Do

    • Create educational materials on grief, loss, emotional processing, and resilience
    • Translate psychological concepts into gentle, accessible, and human-centered learning content
    • Support the development of workshops, guides, toolkits, and reflective exercises
    • Collaborate with the Grievia team to shape learning pathways and content themes
    • Ensure content is sensitive, ethical, inclusive, and aligned with Grievia’s values

    Who This Role Is For

    • Psychology students, graduates, counselors, therapists, or mental health practitioners
    • Deeply compassionate, reflective, and emotionally aware
    • Strong written communication and content structuring skills
    • Comfortable working with sensitive and vulnerable topics
    • Aligned with Grievia’s mission of care, dignity, and emotional honesty

    Why Join Grievia

    • Help shape accessible grief education for a global community
    • Gain meaningful experience in educational content development
    • Contribute to a movement rooted in empathy, care, and connection
    • Flexible, remote contribution
    • Purpose-driven and emotionally impactful work
    • Receive a letter of recommendation upon successful completion of your volunteer engagement
