Project Details:
Food4Warriors Food Drops are part of the Food4Warriors Program by The Us for Warriors Foundation (Us4Warriors), a dedicated charity serving military, veterans, and families in need throughout San Diego County. Each month, Us4Warriors hosts a Food Drop in collaboration with Feeding San Diego, bringing critical food resources to different locations across the county. These distributions support military families, with a new location selected each month to maximize accessibility.
Volunteers are essential for each Food Drop, assisting with event setup, food sorting and preparation, drive-through distribution, and cleanup. Join us to make a meaningful impact on military families in need!
Event Date and Time: November 14, 2025 from 9:00am to 12:30pm.
Location: Parking Lot of El Cajon Elks Lodge 1812 at 1400 E Washington Ave, El Cajon, CA 92019.
Volunteer Group Size: Up to 15 people, including minors with a parent or guardian.
Requirements: Closed-toed shoes, comfortable work attire, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Volunteers receive a Warrior Volunteer Force T-shirt upon arrival.
Perks of Volunteering:
All food and supplies are pre-arranged for distribution, so no food donations are necessary. This is an opportunity to give back to those who have served by helping families facing food insecurity. For more information about Food4Warriors and other Us4Warriors programs, visit www.Us4Warriors.org.
