Job Summary: An Administrative Recruiter Supervisor leads a team of recruiters, overseeing the entire hiring process for all roles, from strategy and compliance (EEO, AAP) to managing the applicants and ensuring a positive candidate/hiring manager experience, focusing on efficiency, quality, and legal adherence to place top talent. They handle operational aspects, budget, team development, and ensure seamless hiring for temp, temp-to-hire, or permanent placements.
