    Corporate Fundraising Research & Connections Volunteer

    Help us build powerful partnerships that fuel lifesaving work! As a Corporate Fundraising Research & Connections Volunteer, you’ll play a strategic role in identifying and mapping corporate relationships that strengthen the Red Cross mission. Your research and insights will help unlock new opportunities for sponsorships, employee engagement, and community impact—making you a key driver of our fundraising success.

    This role is a virtual opportunity for a resident of CT or RI.

    Responsibilities:

    • Discover Opportunities: Research Connecticut-based corporations and leaders aligned with Red Cross priorities.
    • Map Connections: Use LinkedIn and other tools to identify networks and pathways to decision-makers.
    • Support Strategy: Compile actionable summaries and collaborate with staff to refine prospect lists.
    • Drive Impact: Identify potential partners, sponsorship opportunities, and engagement prospects.

    Qualifications:

    • Strategic Thinker: You enjoy connecting the dots and uncovering new opportunities.
    • Research Pro: Skilled at using LinkedIn and digital tools to map networks and relationships.
    • Clear Communicator: Able to synthesize complex information into concise, actionable insights.
    • Business-Savvy: Experience in sales, marketing, fundraising, or corporate relations is a plus.
    • Mission-Driven: Passionate about leveraging business partnerships for community impact.
