    Kids age 8-15 must be accompanied by an adult. Dress code: Wear closed-toe shoes, long pants, no tank tops, and take off any removeable jewelry. We have stools available for people who need to sit, as well as cushioned floor mats to stand on.

    Description

    What you will be doing: Peeling, dicing, and chopping different foods Prepping, portioning, packaging, and labeling meals. Due to the medically tailored nature of the food we serve, we have chefs on staff who do the actual cooking of the meals to ensure a consistent product for all of our clients.

    To get started, please visit our Volunteer Hub website at openarmsmn.volunteerhub.com and create an account. Then, you will need to complete an orientation either in person or online! Please reach out to volunteer@openarmsmn.org with any questions.

    We have shifts available Monday-Saturday, beginning as early as 7:30 am and ending as late as 7 pm depending on the day. Shifts are two hours long.
