    Description

iMentor Chicago - Fast Track to Mentoring (Humboldt Park Library)

Looking to give back in a meaningful way this new year? Whether you're ready to dive in or just curious about what mentoring looks like with iMentor Chicago, join us for an engaging in-person session where you’ll learn how you can make a lasting difference in the life of a Chicago high school student.

At iMentor Chicago’s "Fast Track to Mentoring," you’ll explore how we connect volunteer mentors with high school juniors and seniors at our partner Chicago Public Schools to support their journey to college and post-secondary success.

During your 75-min visit Saturday, December 11th (between 9:00am-2:00pm), you’ll have the chance to:

    • Learn how iMentor is advancing educational equity through mentorship
    • Understand what the commitment looks like—just a few hours a month
    • Connect with iMentor staff and current mentors
    • Optionally complete your application and background check onsite (we cover the cost)
    • Enjoy coffee, pastries, and meaningful conversation with other people in Chicago wanting to make an impact through mentorship

This is your opportunity to make an impact that lasts, and we make it easy to get started.

You bring your experience, your curiosity, and your heart (and your ID)—we’ll take care of the rest.

Mentorship opens doors, for students and for you.
