    Description

A Friendly Voice, a little time. Become a VITAS Bereavement Volunteer from Anywhere in the U.S!

If you enjoy talking on the phone and have time to make a few calls a week, you may be a perfect Bereavement Telephone Assurance BTAP Volunteer.

VITAS BTAP Volunteers make phone calls to bereaved family memebers after a hospice patient's death. These short phone calls go a long way in making a difference in the lives of those coping with grief.

Use your compassion, your listening skills, and your time, enhanced by no-cost training and coaching from VITAS, to give back to your community and strenghten your resume. Hours are flexible and calls can be made from your dorm room, apartment, or home.
