Perform a variety of tasks involved in the arrangement, order, upkeep and maintenance of shelved library materials.
1 regularly scheduled day Monday - Friday
A minimum of once weekly - 2 hours a week
Between 9 am - 4 pm
Up to twice weekly is welcomed for those who are interested.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Reading shelved items for accuracy.
General straightening and maintaining of shelved material and public areas.
Special projects as assigned.
MUST BE:
at least 18 years of age.
able to make a minimum 6 month commitment.
able to stand, bend, lift, reach to 75 inches, stoop and crouch.
detail oriented and able to file accurately in alphabetical, numerical, and Dewey Decimal order.
able to understand and follow written and oral directions.
