Change Me Foundation Inc. is seeking a passionate and skilled Volunteer Marketing & Brand Strategy Manager to help strengthen and elevate our brand as we expand our impact across Broward County and beyond.
This volunteer leadership role is ideal for a marketing or communications professional who wants to use their expertise to support mental health awareness, youth empowerment, and community wellness initiatives while gaining meaningful nonprofit leadership experience.
Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Messaging
- Help refine and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity aligned with Change Me Foundation’s mission and slogan, Turning Trauma Into Success.
- Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visuals across all platforms and materials.
Marketing & Campaign Planning
- Support the development of marketing strategies for programs, fundraising efforts, and community events.
- Assist with campaign planning for major initiatives, including mental health awareness efforts and annual community events.
Content & Digital Marketing
- Provide guidance and oversight for social media content, digital campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with volunteer social media managers, designers, or interns to ensure quality and alignment with brand standards.
- Review marketing materials such as flyers, graphics, newsletters, and digital content.
Storytelling & Impact Communication
- Help translate program outcomes and community impact into compelling stories for donors, partners, and the public.
- Support the creation of content for reports, sponsorship materials, and outreach campaigns.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with the Founder & CEO and program leads to align marketing efforts with organizational priorities.
- Help build simple systems, templates, and workflows to support long-term marketing sustainability.
Qualifications
- Experience or strong interest in marketing, communications, branding, or public relations
- Understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think strategically while managing multiple projects
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely
- Passion for mental health advocacy, youth development, and community impact
- Nonprofit experience is a plus but not required
Time Commitment
- Approximately 5 hours per week
- Flexible schedule
- Remote, with optional hybrid opportunities for South Florida–based volunteers
