Bradford Academy’s Board is a dedicated group of, four to five members who work collaboratively to support the school’s mission and long-term success. Meeting monthly at the school, the board provides thoughtful oversight, guidance, and leadership to help ensure a strong educational experience for all students.
Board members are actively involved in key areas such as governance, financial oversight, and strategic planning. Together, they help guide important decisions, ensure responsible stewardship of resources, and support policies and practices that align with the school’s values and goals.
The board also plays an important role in shaping the school’s future through strategic planning, which typically occurs every three to five years. These efforts may include retreats, planning sessions, or extended meetings designed to set priorities and strengthen the school’s direction.
Serving on the board is a meaningful opportunity to make a difference. Board members help create positive change both in the day-to-day life of the school and in the long-term vision that supports students, staff, and families for years to come.
