As a Government Assistance Coordinator, you'll guide refugee and immigrant families, mainly African adults and children, through complex U.S. systems via Unite Us, email, and phone consultations. This role requires prior professional training in areas such as tax preparation, immigration law, or housing policy. You'll provide accurate advice on government procedures and must cite specific, authoritative sources for all information shared. You'll compile policy-related data for our Data team, and advocate at public events for clearer, more accessible government services for immigrant communities.
