Join Our Board or Lead as an Executive Volunteer – Help Systems-Involved Youth in the Minneapolis area!

We create spaces where systems-involved youth feel seen, supported, and empowered to rewrite their story. Our Minneapolis-based nonprofit delivers holistic diversion services—building life skills, resilience, and positive decision-making through structured themes, activities, and guided reflections.

We’re seeking mission-driven leaders to join us in two ways:

• Board Members – guide strategy, governance, and sustainability while contributing hands-on support in areas like fundraising, outreach, and partnerships.
• Executive-Level Volunteers – lead key projects in fundraising, community engagement, and operations (3–6 hrs/week for 3–6 months).

Impact: Your leadership will directly expand access for youth at risk of justice involvement and sustain a proven program (95%+ reduction in problem behaviors; 98% drop in school-related issues; 84% attendance).

Future Opportunity: As we grow and secure funding, there may be opportunities for executive level roles to transition into paid positions. While not guaranteed, we aim to build a sustainable structure that rewards leadership and impact.
