    • Proven expertise in building large-scale, performance-critical web applications using React, NextJS, and TypeScript
    • Extensive experience transforming Figma (or other design tools) wireframes into production-quality, pixel-perfect React applications
    • Deep understanding of modern frontend development practices, including state management, server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and hydration
    • Strong experience with advanced form validation techniques using tools like Zod or Yup
    • Proficiency with Git and version control systems, as well as CI/CD pipelines for frontend development
    • Knowledge of frontend performance optimization techniques, including code splitting, lazy loading, and caching strategies
    • Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and security best practices in frontend development
    • Experience with Next.js and TailwindCSS, along with a strong grasp of design systems and responsive web design
    • Strong problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on scalability, performance, and maintainability
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders
    • Visionary approach to frontend architecture and the ability to drive long-term technical decisions
    • A passion for delivering high-quality user experiences, with an eye for detail and a strong understanding of design principles
