Every year, hundreds of children in Middlesex County enter foster care, feeling lost and alone as they navigate unfamiliar systems. These children urgently need someone to champion their needs and stand by their side. By giving just a few hours each week, you can become that steady presence and create a lasting impact. CASA of Middlesex County is searching for volunteers to be the voice for children who many times have no one else. We offer comprehensive training and ongoing support, ensuring you are prepared to guide and uplift a child in foster care.
As a CASA volunteer, you will join a passionate community dedicated to transforming lives. You will spend meaningful time with your assigned child and connect with everyone involved in their world, from teachers and doctors to family members and caregivers. Your insights and recommendations to the family court will help shape the child’s future, from where they live to the services and education they receive. If you care deeply about justice, can think with clarity and compassion, and want to make a difference in a child’s life, CASA needs you.
Volunteers must be at least 21 years old and willing to complete background checks. We ask for a commitment of at least 18 months, ideally staying with your child throughout their case. CASA volunteers come from all walks of life, bringing a rich tapestry of experiences. Join the more than 75,000 CASA volunteers nationwide who are changing children’s stories for the better.
