    Description

    • Design and develop curriculum materials (lesson plans, activities, assessments, and resources) tailored to program goals and learner needs.
    • Align curriculum with educational standards, organizational mission, and community priorities, ensuring cultural relevance and inclusivity.
    • Collaborate with educators, subject experts, and program staff to gather input and integrate best practices into curriculum design.
    • Adapt and modify existing curriculum to serve diverse learners, including different age groups, learning styles, and accessibility needs.
    • Conduct research on emerging educational trends and methods to inform program content and teaching strategies.
    • Evaluate and refine curriculum effectiveness through feedback, pilot testing, and outcome measurement.
    • Provide training and support to instructors and facilitators on how to deliver the curriculum effectively.
    • Maintain organized documentation and resource libraries for easy access and consistent program delivery.

    Who We're Looking For:

    • Minimum age: 12
    • Passionate about volunteering and open to learning new skills and software
    • Complete training prior to start date
    • Can commit to the shift schedule

    Bonus Skills:

    • Fluency/high proficiency in a language other than English
    • Previous volunteer experience
