    Alzheimer's Community Connectors play a vital role in increasing awareness, offering essential information, and linking individuals to services offered by the Alzheimer's Association.

    This position focuses on outreach, supporting health fairs and events throughout Polk County.

    Choose events that align with your availability. Generally, events last between 2 to 5 hours and may require standing and light lifting (up to 5 lbs).
