    Description

    Be the first friendly face our clients see and help support women and girls in DC! We need a reliable volunteer to manage our front desk on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM (12 hours/week).

    As a receptionist for The Women's Collective in Washington, DC, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming, professional, and supportive environment for clients accessing our vital health and human services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Warmly greeting and checking in clients and visitors.
    • Answering phones, directing inquiries, and managing the main email.
    • Assisting staff with light, time-sensitive administrative tasks.

    This role requires a positive attitude and strong people skills. Your contribution ensures the smooth operation of our center, allowing our staff to focus on critical care and prevention services for women and families in the DC area.
