KeelWorks Foundation, is a 501(c)(3) approved nonprofit foundation dedicated to bring greater participation to the economically disadvantaged across the globe and in building a system to support upward mobility. Our programs include KeelWings, which provides practical experience for recent graduates, and KeelMate, which supports the experienced professionals.
Our Human Resources (HR) is growing and we have several Volunteer openings for experienced HR professionals to serve as Functional Leads in Compliance, HRIS, and HR Programs.
The HR Compliance Lead will oversee the organization’s HR compliance framework, ensuring we meet all applicable U.S. labor laws and nonprofit-specific requirements. They will be responsible for policy governance, complaint and escalation management, compliance training, and proactive risk management. The role requires strong legal/regulatory knowledge, investigative skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across the organization.
The HR Operations Lead will oversee and drive the internal HR processes that sustain KeelWorks’ people management framework. This role ensures that HR policies, guides, and procedures are implemented effectively, consistently, and with high quality. By training team members, monitoring process execution, and leading quality assurance efforts, the HR Operations Lead ensures the HR function runs smoothly and supports the organization’s mission.
The HR Program Manager will oversee the full spectrum of HR operations and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. They will be responsible for designing and implementing short- and medium-term HR plans, managing people and resources, using data to drive decisions, and leveraging HR systems and technology for efficiency.
