Description
No one should have to die alone. Compassus Hospice is seeking compassionate volunteers to serve as Vigil Volunteers - individuals who sit with patients during their final hours of life, offering calm, comfort, and presence.
Vigil Volunteers may hold a hand, read softly, share music, or simply sit quietly, ensuring patients and families are not alone during this sacred time. Your presence can bring dignity, peace, and reassurance to both patients and their loved ones.
Free training and support are provided.
