Sevens & Circles is a grassroots, volunteer-led community collective rooted in compassion, service, and spiritual awareness. We bring together empaths, healers, and humanitarians to support those facing homelessness, grief, mental health challenges, and end-of-life care — while also creating safe spaces for community healing and readiness.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Volunteer Coordinator / Assistant to the Director to help organize, communicate, and support the daily flow of Sevens & Circles operations. This person will be a key link between our leadership and volunteer team — ensuring that our service efforts run smoothly and that every volunteer feels supported and valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Director with scheduling, event coordination, and outreach communication.
• Manage volunteer sign-ups, follow-ups, and confirmations.
• Help maintain and update contact lists, meeting notes, and activity records.
• Support the planning of monthly gatherings, community service events, and online meetings.
• Serve as a positive and welcoming liaison for new volunteers and partners.
• Contribute creative ideas for improving outreach, community engagement, and collaboration.

Ideal Candidate

• Compassionate, organized, and community-minded.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and basic online tools.
• Able to manage time well and follow through on commitments.
• Open to spiritual, holistic, or interfaith community work (experience not required).
