    Description

    The Development Committee is responsible for designing, coordinating, and executing fundraising strategies and events-including helping with the KC Special Needs Conference-to ensure the Foundation meets its annual financial goals as determined by the Board of Directors. The committee leads efforts to build donor engagement, identify and secure grant funding, diversify fundraising activities, and create a sustainable funding base for the Heartland Special Needs Foundation’s mission and programs.

    The Development Committee has sub-committees:

    • KC Special Needs Conference Committee
    • Fundraising
    • Grant Writing
