Gain editing skill working with an editor - director on a documentary set in the majority Latin Lawrence, MA about faith (creation care) climate change and environmental justice. The main area is translating, subtitling footage cuttng scenes. MUST BE FAMILIAR WITH PREMIERE PRO AND SPEAK SPANISH.
Ideal candidate will have enough experience to help shape the arc of the film both though editing and additiona shooting.
Part of the work can be remote, but to make it worthwhile you need to have some in-person work sessions with the editor, located in Tribeca, NYC.
A flexible commitment of 15 hours is necessary for it to be a worthwhile experience for volunteers. Weekend work is ok, but must have at least one afternoon to meet in person with the editor director, Rose Rosenblatt in Tribeca, NYC.
