Position Summary: The Social Impact Team is responsible for helping evaluate and measure the impact Project Access makes in serving communities across the country. The Social Impact Tableau Volunteer/Intern will help support the Social Impact Team in processing, cleaning, and analyzing organizational data; drafting dashboards and reports; and facilitating trainings and meetings.
Position Responsibilities:
- Support in preparing Tableau data and dashboards for use within and outside of the Social Impact Team
- Support with data entry, cleaning, and processing for attendance data and survey data for 100+ sites
- Support with data reporting, including attendance and survey reporting
- Share feedback with the Social Impact Team on gaps, areas of improvement, and suggestions for change
- Assist with special projects as needed

QUALIFICATIONS (Education/Experience/Skills/Working/Environment/Certifications):
Education
- In pursuit of bachelor’s or graduate degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, etc.
- Also open for those exploring a career transition and seeking experience in Data Science, Data Analytics, Measurement & Evaluation, etc.
Skills/Experience
- Proficiency in Tableau, including data connections and visualizations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, such as working with formulas and large quantities of data
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Intermediate statistical skills (descriptive statistics, sample size, and confidence interval calculation)
- Detail oriented, highly organized, and deadline driven
- Ability to develop effective working relationships with internal staff
- Experience in working with program evaluation data
