The KeelWorks foundation needs to complete several courses supporting people in change. At the same time, we are passionate about brining qualified and exceptional instructional designers to the world. For that reason, we have a program that can prepare anyone willing to do the work better and faster than a master's degree can prepare them.
Keelworks interns are leading training in organizations like Boeing, Penske Transport, and others. More than three hundred interns have completed our program and found gainful and satisfying employment. The volunteer supporting this need sufficient time to learn. They will learn to write effective content, create, edit, or draw effective visual support, and use tools like Photoshop, Audition, Captivate, Storyline, and others to create intellectually engaging content. They will learn to create effective and stimulating quizzes, and they will know now to measure courses for return on investment. They will also be effective project managers.
Those who want to learn will have ample resources for that. All it takes is time, motivation, and persistent effort. Our program costs nothing, but if you have means, you can donate to the foundation.
When you have completed learning, you are able to put time in the internship on your resume as a job. We are also working on a program to offer learning design and development to outside organizations for those who prove competence.
