    Description

    Tech Support & Coaching for Older Adults-Downtown Minneapolis & Northeast Minneapolis

    Senior Community Services is recruiting a Digital Handyperson to provide technology support and education services (via TECH clinics) through Minneapolis Public Housing to adults aged 60 and older:

    • Device troubleshooting focused on smart phones, tablets, and laptops
    • Diagnose access and device needs and discuss options with participants
    • Provide expertise on various software applications and programs
    • Senior Community Services will provide support via phone for any questions

    Must have the ability to be calm, patient, and compassionate in working with older adults and their caregivers.
