    About YIAW

    Youth Ideas at Work (YIAW) builds youth-centered programs combining creativity, ethics, and emerging technologies. We are reviewing a Business Requirements Document (BRD) and seeking an instructional design or accessibility professional to help ensure inclusive, safe learning design.

    Role Summary

    We are seeking an educator, instructional designer, or accessibility advocate to review our platform design through the lens of inclusion and student wellbeing. This role ensures the platform supports diverse learners and promotes ethical youth learning environments.

    Responsibilities

    • Review platform flow and curriculum design for accessibility
    • Identify usability or inclusion barriers
    • Advise on student experience and emotional safety
    • Evaluate fairness and learning pressure
    • Recommend accessibility improvements
    • Provide written or verbal feedback
