Our current programs, including Gamers for Wellness & Peer Support, provide mental health resources through innovative and interactive platforms such as online gaming, virtual events, and 1-on-1 support on Discord.

Role Overview:
MWA is seeking empathetic, trustworthy Peer Supporters to join our volunteer-based mental health support program. Peer Supporters offer confidential, non-clinical emotional support and active listening to community members in need—through both scheduled 1-on-1 chats and safe, supportive group conversations.
This role is ideal for people with lived experience in mental health who want to give back, be part of a stigma-free community, and provide a listening ear to others.
Commitment: ~5–15 hours per week (flexible, remote)
Compensation: Unpaid
Whether you’re new to peer support or have experience, we provide training, mentorship, and community every step of the way.
