Event Volunteers-Whodunnit

🎉 Volunteers Needed! 🎉

Help us make the Get a Clue AZ Whodunnit Fundraiser unforgettable! We need energetic volunteers to set up the event and help run it. Be part of the action, meet great people, and help us bring the mystery to life! No experience needed—just enthusiasm and a willingness to pitch in.

• Oct. 2nd, window 8am-4pm: Need 6+ volunteers-Help set up the event: we need volunteers to assist with unload vehicles of all the event items and help us get the event set up and decorated for our event
• Event Oct. 2nd 4-9pm: Need 1 volunteer: To work our Spirit pull table. You will sell cards to guests and help them match it to a spirit bottle for them to win. Must be 21+
• Event Oct. 2nd 4-9pm: Need 1 volunteer: To work our check-in & then Prize table. You will assist (our seasoned volunteer) in checking in our guests. When check-in is complete you will relocate to the prize table to assist guests with prizes throughout the night. Must be 21+
• Event Oct. 2nd 4-9pm: Need 1 volunteer: To run our Square credit card machine. You will assist guest with purchase tickets for areas of the event as needed. Must be 21+
• Event Oct. 2nd 4-9pm: Need 1 volunteer: To be our photographer for the night. You will take photos of each guest/group as they enter at the event backdrop. Then take candid photos throughout the event. Must be 21+
• Event Oct. 2nd 4-9pm: Need 1 volunteer: To be our Videographer for the night. Taking short interactive videos with guests to show then have a good time, interacting in different areas, and interviewing them. All to be used on social media and a marketing tools. Must be 21+
