Collaborative Fundraising Coordinator

About Leveling the Fields
Leveling the Fields is a nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding access to sports for girls—using athletics as a proven pathway to confidence, leadership, and lifelong opportunity. Our programs are fully funded at Title I schools and built to remove barriers of cost, access, and awareness.
Role Overview
The Collaborative Fundraising Coordinator supports and manages third-party and externally led fundraising efforts that benefit Leveling the Fields. These are fundraisers we do not plan or execute—but where we are the beneficiary—such as sorority philanthropy events, corporate giving initiatives, school-led fundraisers, community tournaments, and peer-to-peer campaigns.
This role is relationship-driven, organized, and essential to expanding our fundraising reach without increasing staff or event workload. This role exists to empower others to fundraise for us.
