Inspire the next generation of innovators and leaders! We’re looking for business, healthcare, and STEM professionals to volunteer at our Making Waves STEM and Business Career Exploration Day, an exciting event for 9th and 10th grade students exploring their future careers as a part of our new Career Spark program.
For many high schoolers, the future feels uncertain. They’re trying to figure out their careers without ever having the chance to explore possibilities, talk with professionals, or build the skills to step confidently into a career path.
That’s where you come in! As a volunteer speaker and mentor at the Making Waves Business and STEM Career Exploration Day this November, you’ll have the opportunity to:

Share your personal education and career journey and insights. Offer an opportunity for students to learn about your company, your job, and the skills you need to be successful.
2) Speak on a panel
Speak on a leadership panel and support hands-on activities and discussions to help students connect what they’re learning in school to real-world opportunities.
3) Provide mentorship
Encourage and mentor students as they grow their curiosity, confidence, and career readiness.
