    Description

Want to get hands-on data management and Salesforce experience? Do you also love writing thank-you notes? Do you like working from home?

As the new Operations Manager at Rebuilding Alliance, I’m building a team of volunteers to support donor thank-you and operations work.

Rebuilding Alliance supports Palestinian communities by providing essential humanitarian aid in Gaza—including food, services, shelter, and education—while also helping families in the West Bank remain on their land. This volunteer role helps sustain that work by strengthening our relationships with donors, press, and all our contacts.

    Commitment

    • Join a core volunteer team
    • Meet twice weekly over Zoom (total 6 hours a week)
    • Plan to work with us for at least one-year
    • Remote-friendly (optional in-person envelope-packing meetups in the SF Bay Area or Washington DC)

    What you’ll do

    • Enter and update donations in Salesforce
    • Update donor addresses and records, including de-duplication
    • Generate and print receipts and thank-you notes (templates provided)
    • Prepare and address envelopes

Why this is a great fit

    • Make a real impact behind the scenes
    • Learn or deepen skills in Salesforce and donor development
    • Work closely with staff and fellow volunteers
    • Great opportunity for friends or teams to volunteer together

Training, templates, and supplies are provided.
