    Description

    Volunteer Orientation Specialist - Lead New Volunteer Onboarding

    Join YAMM as a Volunteer Orientation Specialist and help new volunteers feel welcomed, informed, and ready to make a difference. You’ll conduct three 1.5-hour orientation sessions each month, introducing new volunteers to YAMM’s mission, culture, policies, and expectations.

    This role gives you the chance to enhance your leadership, public speaking, and organizational skills while receiving a LinkedIn endorsement from YAMM for your contributions after 3 months of volunteer service. You’ll play a critical role in shaping the volunteer experience, ensuring every new team member starts strong.

    This is a nonpaid volunteer role.
