Volunteer Grant Writer

Are you a passionate writer ready to make a positive difference

spreading the Word of God?. Epic Love Story is looking for an

individual to join our volunteer team as a Grant Writer, in charge of

researching and writing grant proposals on behalf of our non-profit

organization, you will be in charge of maintaining a grants calendar

to monitor the application process and keep track of various

deadlines. You should feel comfortable reaching out to institutional

and potential donors, as well as communicating with company leaders

regarding our financial needs. Our ideal candidate is someone who will

be able to enthusiastically help our organization attain the donations

it needs to fulfil our mission of spreading the Word of God in music.

Grant Writer Duties and Responsibilities

• Research, prepare, and submit proposals for funding
• Communicate with potential donors and institutional donors
• Write sponsorship packages
• Identify new funding opportunities
• Follow all requirements and deadlines for grant applications
• Maintain a grants calendar to monitor progress

Grant Writer Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong proficiency in English.
• Exceptional research skills
• Prior experience in grant or proposal writing
• Experience with non-profit fundraising a plus
• Computer proficiency
• Detail-oriented

Time Commitment:

This is a flexible, remote position. We ask for a commitment of a 5-10 hours per week, but the schedule can be tailored to fit your availability.
